Our grip socks are one size fits most and comfortably fit women's Australian shoe sizes 6 to 11. The stretchy fabric moulds to your foot for a snug, secure fit.
CAN I WEAR THEM OUTSIDE?
These are designed for smooth indoor surfaces like tiles, timber, floorboards and yoga mats. They also work great inside shoes and boots - the grip sole holds them firmly in place so they won't bunch or slide. We don't recommend wearing them directly on outdoor ground surfaces.
ARE THEY SUITABLE FOR YOGA AND PILATES?
Absolutely. The non-slip grip sole provides excellent traction on yoga mats and studio surfaces, making them a great choice for yoga, pilates, barre, and home workouts.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THEM?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. Avoid fabric softener as it can reduce the effectiveness of the grip sole over time.

I work in early childhood education. I bought these sleeves for work, where Im outside for long periods of time. I used to wear an overshirt which was hot, bulky and annoying to find somewhere to put when not using.
