What If My Address Is Incorrect or Incomplete?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for all shipping costs to resend your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

I Sent the Package to the Wrong Address, What Do I Do Now?

If your package has not yet shipped, notify us immediately at help@wildlyready.com.au, and we will attempt to update the address. If the package is already in transit, contact the carrier to request an interception and reroute to the correct address.

What If My Package Is Returned to Sender?

If a package is returned due to an address error, we can resend it, but you will be invoiced for the full cost of reshipping. Alternatively, we can refund your order, minus the original shipping cost.

What If My Package Is Delivered to the Incorrect Address?

We cannot assume responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided during checkout. No legal responsibility is assumed if the package is delivered to the address provided.

What If My Products Are Damaged on Arrival?

If your item arrives damaged, please email help@wildlyready.com.au within 30 days of receipt, including photographs of the damage. We will assist you with obtaining a replacement.

What If My Order Is Incorrect?

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at help@wildlyready.com.au. We will rectify any errors promptly.
