Our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, reflecting our commitment to providing you with the best experience possible.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on full priced items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

No Refunds or Returns on Sale Items

Items purchased at a marked down price or during a sale event are final sale and not eligible for refund or return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

This includes:

  • Sitewide promotions
  • Discount codes
  • Clearance items
  • EOFY, Black Friday, or limited-time sale periods

    Return Shipping Instructions

    If You Purchased Free Returns Coverage 

    • Start your return through our returns portal.
    • Submit your return request for approval.
    • Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
    • Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

    If You Did Not Purchase Free Returns Coverage 

    • Start your return through our returns portal.
    • Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal.
    • Your return label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
    • Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

    Please note that returns must be submitted through our returns portal before items are shipped back.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Size Exchanges

    We do not offer direct size exchanges. To replace an item for a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. We encourage you to consult our sizing chart or contact us before ordering if you are unsure — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Damages and Issues

    Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days at help@wildlyready.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photographs and video evidence where possible. We will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon review.

    In the case of a confirmed faulty item, we will refund your return shipping costs. Please provide a photo of your postage receipt including the tracking number.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as Final Sale
    • Items purchased during sale or limited-time promotional events

    International Orders

    For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both exchanges and refunds. If you require an exchange, you will need to cover return shipping. If you are requesting a refund, return shipping costs are also your responsibility.

    If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at help@wildlyready.com.au within 30 days with photographs and we will work to make it right.

    Please Note

    • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
    • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
    • We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items — all sales are final
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of faulty items
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
    • For exchanges, we issue online store credit for the original purchase price, excluding delivery charges
